The annual one-day Middlegate Village Garage Sale is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 1st, 2010 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is a great opportunity to clean out cluttered garages, closets, attics and sheds to get rid of unwanted treasures and make a little money. The rain date is scheduled for Saturday, May 8th but only if there is heavy rain on the 1st. Decision to reschedule will be made at the sole discretion of the MGV Board and posted at website (www.middlegatevillageorg) on the morning of May 1st.

 

Signs will be posted around the community one week prior to the event announcing the sale and will be collected at the end of the sale for reuse in coming years. Please remember the signs are property of the HOA and are paid for by community homeowner funds. Please be respectful of the community members working hard to participate in this event and do not remove or dispose of the signs.
