Pool Info - Opens Saturday May 24th 10 AM
BACK DOOR TRASH PICKUP
Please be reminded that the trash service you pay for is “back door” pick up. You do not need to take your garbage cans to the curb for pickup. Simply place them outside your gate, in plain sight, and the WCA representatives will take the trash from there and replace the trash receptacles to their place of origin. This helps keep the neighborhood in good clean order even on trash days and helps prevent trashcans from being blown over and falling into the street, which can become a hazard.
For quick pickup of tree and yard waste, these items must be placed at the curb area in bundles not to exceed four feet.

Your Board of Directors are proud to announce an all new website for our Village!
We hope that the new website will be a great way to keep our neighborhood organized and well informed. We have chosen a format that is secure and responsive to the needs of residents. We will have surveys and newsletters to keep you informed and let us know how you feel. We hope you like the changes and look forward to hearing from you. Please register and include your email address. We place personal privacy as our top priority but without your input to the board we will not know whom to inform about issues that you are interested in. Please indicate as much information as you feel comfortable. We want your input on surveys too. We will email you reminders so that everyone has a chance to provide input. Choose yes or no under "other details" when registering for info regarding Pools & Parks, Security, Lost Pets, and General Info. Ignore Show Children as we have removed that info for your safety.

We are registering each Homeowner in Middlegate. Use the "Stay informed" link to the left and be sure to include name and address. Once your information is verified we will activate your account and then you will be able to vote in our surveys. Please register! We want to keep you informed! New Monument at Gazebo Park
We installed a monument in November at the corner of Pinyon Creek and Lakedale. It looks like this. We hope it serves as a great way to keep you informed.
